The Authors Guild and prominent authors join the fray against AI companies using their works without permission.

I mean, this isn’t a new story, just different faces of people who were ripped off by AI without any respect, without any requests, and without any compensation.

We all know how this will play out … the court will side with content creators, the AI companies will throw money at the content creators and say “How could they know”, the real question is will the content creators take the money or take down the system? If they are smart, they’ll take down the system and then create the rules in which that system is allowed to be rebuilt.

Time will tell.
